Roundup is a weed killer created by Monsanto for both agricultural and residential use. The World Health Organization has designated exposure to this herbicide as a probable cause of cancer. Landscapers, gardeners, and agricultural workers are at risk of experiencing Roundup toxicity, and subsequently at risk of developing non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other forms of cancer.
Recent studies by the the World Health Organization indicate that Roundup toxicity can cause cancer and other health issues. Monsanto, the manufacturer of Roundup, has denied claims that their product is unsafe.
In March of 2015 the World Health Organization came to the conclusion that Roundus is likely “carcinogenic to humans” and has been for several decades. Now that health effects have come to light, those exposed to Roundup and their families are joining forces and filing lawsuits against Monsanto.
Any person or family members of a person who has been exposed to Roundup, either through home garden, lawn or occupational use, and has later been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, leukemia or non-Hodgkin lymphoma may qualify to make a claim by filing a Roundup cancer lawsuit.
